Classic Beauty and Modern Chic

 Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! I know it's been awhile since I have been able to showcase something from Ms Belle, but I am once again honored to do so. The showcased set can be found at the Sci-fi event along with some other wonderful items such as the Pegasus fascinator. Without further ado, here is the latest work of art from Ms Belle:

The set is known as Cherise Domineo and not only is it a Mega set but it is also texture change! The stones, the pearls, the chain....it can all be changed to fit your needs and outfits. 

To showcase this set, I knew I would have to do something as classy and unique as this set was. So, I donned a black dress, put my hair up in a classic french twist and then I went out on stage. My "debut" was perfect and if there had been crowd, well I would have wooed them and received a standing ovation.

Chains and Pearls. A delicate balance is created

 Hello Darlings and welcome to the latest edition to the Chop Zuey Blog. I know, I know it has been awhile and not to mention I have been slacking but ya know, RL is a Beevis sometimes LOL!

The set I am featuring is the Aine's Wit set with Texture change and ya know, this is an interesting combination if I do not say so myself. Something I would personally would have never thought to combine and yet, yet it works. Ms Belle made it fabulous!! Below is the advert and then I will show you how I did my look. 

Now for this I went well, I went very modern, very out of the norm for me. So below is the look I went for, it is interesting to say the least. I tell you, this set is a whole mood. 

See, it is a whole mood! Chains and pearls mixed together give of this indescribable vibe and the pearls alone give off the whole classy vibe. Elegant, chic, and timeless. Chains and pearls together I have a feeling could become this as well. It needs to anyway LOL! If you wanna check out this set, head over to the Sense Event, March round and go grab it! Joy and Salvation-The Animal Farm set at Sense

 Good Evening Darlings and welcome to the latest installment from Ms Belle and Chop Zuey! This new set is a treat I tell you! Pearls, no pearls, metals, leather, cameos of animals and some have funny things on their heads. This set is one of those sets, that well, pictures say more than words. Here check out the advert:

I mean just look at it! A bit of feminine mixed with a bit of toughness and then mixed with a bit of whimsy. Interesting combination no? I think it is absolutely perfect!! In my shots, I chose the owl that reminded of a painting I saw once that was done on wood. The black background, the sassy look of the owl, oh it was love at first sight!

Oh and can we discuss the gold filigree style cuff bracelets?! Or the dangle earrings with the little pieces of hanging metal that seem as though they would not go together along with the pearls and leather and then all of a sudden, BAM! It all comes together in this glorious combination of chic and style. I personally love this set because of everything. I love that I can have gold and black pearls mixed with animal cameos to reflect either my favorite animal (believe me I have a few) or perhaps the animal that reflects my mindset at that time. I love how I can have pearls, no pearls, or both.

I love how this set gives me such versatility and can make me feel glamourous without having to wear a fancy dress or have my hair all done up. How it can be paired with something casual and give it that little bit of omph. So head on over to the Sense event and grab this set! Ladies, you not only should want this set but you should need it. Fire Dance set for Ms SL

 Hello Darlings! Today we are showing off the newest set by Ms Belle Rousell of Chop Zuey.

This set is a simply gorgeous set with the Indonesian Flair that speaks of clear turquoise waters, beautiful women, and sipping a Mai Tai out of a half coconut while listening to the waves crash along the shore. Yes, this set invokes these things and also invokes visions of beautiful seaside sunsets and the soft melody of steel drums being brought to the ears on the gentle island breeze.

Hello fellow Chop Zuey addicts and welcome to the newest edition of the Chop Zuey Blog! Alright, so Ms Belle has outdone herself again. She has managed to reach my spooky little heart and the hearts of many folks with these new items. First off we will discuss the Ghosts of Boyfriends past. Ms Belle calls it a fascinator but I call it a hat LOL! So it has this wonderful text change menu. It is made up of Sugar skulls and a bow. I saw it and melted. Sugar skulls have a very interesting and rich history. If you wish to read about it, I will place a link at the bottom of this blog and it will be a good starting point for you.

So this lovely handcrafted piece is texture change and as you will see from the advert below, it has some amazing options! *I DO NOT OWN THE ADVERT! MS BELLE DOES AND I AM JUST USING IT!*

I simply love this piece and find it incredibly creative. It is a little script heavy so be prepared for it but otherwise it is worth it! I wore it with my Dama Muerta (Lady Death) look and it is just perfect. I can not wait to add it to other outfits and rock these amazing Sugar Skulls again and again!

 Now we move along to the jewelry set. The Eeeewy Goooey Eyeball Set is a a very whimsical Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos and it is SO much fin to wear! It reminds me of Halloween decorations from the past. It has that wonderful, familiar feeling. You will see what I mean in the pictures below. There are three pieces in this set; pair of earrings, bracelet, and a necklace.

Kamalika Set at Sense Event

 Hello Readers! So I plan on doing something a bit different with this one and I am hoping you all like it. Get comfy, grab a drink and a snack, sit back and enjoy the journey we shall go on.

The sun began to set in the west. The princess stared out at the fading light from her window, watching it set the forest ablaze with color. Cool breezes stirred the leaves of amber, red, and orange into the air and made them dance in a beautiful ballet. She sighed softly wishing that she could float away on the wind as easily, have it carry her away from everything if even for just a day or so. As she stared out the window, her mother approached "Little One, come now. It is time for you to take your place. Time for you to accept your crown and take charge of the Dire Wolves." The princess sighed softly and replied "Alright Mama, lead the way"

The golden gown glowed and shimmered as the princess stepped outside staring at the forest still ablaze. The light had yet to fade and wouldn't do so for another hour. Just long enough to accomplish what she had to do. She knelt down in front of her mother on a satin pillow, her dress billowing out and gently covering her bare feet. Her mother spoke to the crowd "Tonight my daughter takes her place as queen of the Dire Wolves. With this position she will bind our race and theirs together under mutual respect and loyalty. I place this jewelry upon her to mark her station." then her mother clasped a beautiful gold collar necklace around her neck. The metal was cold against her skin and yet the stone cabochon was warm, an interesting contrast to be sure. Once it was settled neatly and properly, her mother fastened earrings in her ears. They matched the necklace perfectly and honestly for such large stones, they were lightweight. "I shall now affix the Bindi to her forehead in place of a crown. This will mark her as Queen and the Dire wolves will recognize this." The princess felt the cold glue harden almost like a glob of cement against her skin. She then felt the slight pressure as her mother pressed the bindi on. The weight of the bindi was new, but it was not uncomfortable or intolerable. Her mother bid her to rise and said "I give you my Daughter, Queen of the Dire Wolves!" and amidst the clapping and cheers, one could hear the howls of approval of the Wolves themselves. The princess took a deep breath and then headed into the Forest to meet her Fate.

The princess walked into the forest, the leaves crunching almost soundlessly under her feet. Her head darted in ever direction and her eyes never stopped scanning. She was absolutely terrified for she had never seen a Dire Wolf before. She knew they were large, stories about them said they were as tall as 3 men standing on the shoulders of each. Did she think they were that tall? No, but she knew they were of great size, immense strength, their intelligence level off the charts, they could understand Human speech and that the Alpha was rumored to be able to speak it. Suddenly there was a movement up ahead and she took a deep breathe to steel her nerves. The leaves rustled and as she approached a small hill, out stepped the Alpha. He was beautiful. White and grey blending into silver. "Hello your Highness. Welcome to the Forest." The new queen bowed and replied "Thank you Alpha" as she approached him. They stood on the hill as the Alpha gave his speech.

Afterward, the new Queen went down the hill to explore the forest. There she found a spirit fox sitting in a clearing, being well a Spirit Fox. She approached him and he yipped softly in greeting so she sat down near him. As she sat there and admired the little guy, she began to think that maybe, just maybe that this new position wouldn't be too bad after all.

 So hope you liked that little story there. As one can see, this set is simply perfect for a Princess or even a queen. It is texture change and thus will match just about every outfit to give it that extra dose of elegance. The set comes with a necklace, the bindi and four, count em four gorgeous bracelets. Goddess Behold Set

 Hello Darlings! So this time I am going to talk about a set that has already been released. Most of the time, you will see someone wearing it or a modeling showing it off while wearing a nice formal dress with the whole set. I decided to not wear all of it and pair it with a beaded shirt and jean capris. A nice of pair of sandals, hair in a ponytail and boom! perfect outfit for nature outings.

As one can see, there are so many options to make this set match perfectly with any outfit. I like it because one can dress it up, or dress it down. Stylish, versatile and chic. It's my kind of set!

 I liked the fact that I didn't have to wear all of it. I can wear as much or as little of the set as I want and still look fantastic. I like that there are such lovely choices for the jewels and such. Each time, one can seem to have a different set all in one neat package.
